Clarity Breathwork
A two hours individual one-on-one session includes:
In-depth interview / awareness inquiry / counseling - where you are at in your life, what you are looking for, what you wish to change or release, and what you hope to create in your life as a result of this work. You may discuss what you know about your birth, childhood, and family patterns and how they may be affecting your current life and your relationships.
After the interview, you will be guided in a one hour breath session in which you will practice a circular connected breathing technique, in a gentle and safe way. The Clarity Breathwork technique helps to dissolve blocks and trauma stored in the cells of the body that were imprinted into the nervous system, very often at an earlier (pre & peri-natal) stage of life. Releasing these blocks and believes, and the emotions and thoughts associated with them, allow the possibility of experiencing more energy, aliveness and healing. During the breathing you may experience many sensations, have profound insights, release at a deep level of letting go, and feel rejuvenated and empowered.
I will offer you relevant suggestions, affirmations and possible assignments to work with until your next session. These follow-up activities are designed to support you in your ongoing process of healing and self-discovery.
Recommended commitment for set of 10 sessions brings the richest result, ideally when sessions take place every week or two, eventually when they are spread over few months period which allows a gradual integration of the insights and the experience in daily life.
When booking the set of sessions in advance (eventually after the initial first session):
- for 5 sessions set you will receive a 10% discount
- for 10 sessions set you will receive 1 session for free

Clarity Breathwork individual sessions are now available at King street Chiropractic and Natural Health Centre in Newcastle under Lyme, at The Ishta Centre in Stone (Staff.) and in central London.
